Regular, consistent, and diverse movement in your day to day is the best medicine for your body.


Our bodies were designed to move. Move with variety and diversity. Move frequently throughout the day.


Many of my clients with aches and pains lack enough movement. Not only the AMOUNT of movement, but the VARIETY in their movement.


Movement, through your full range of motion, HYDRATES and LENGTHENS your tissues.


Lack of movement causes your tissues, including your muscles, ligaments, and fascia to become dehydrated, "tight," and stiff.
