ABOUT
Dr. Katrina Wong, PT, DPT
Founder/Owner, Physical Therapist
I’m a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist, and owner of Whole Body Wellness and Physical Therapy in Sunnyvale, California.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of pelvic health, orthopedic conditions, and gut health, with four years of focused experience in pelvic health. I chose to specialize in this field early in my career because I saw firsthand the life-changing impact that this work can have on people’s lives.

What sets me apart as a provider is my deep curiosity and whole-body perspective. I assess and treat through the lens of interconnected myofascial lines—understanding how everything in the body is connected, from the jaw to the feet. I combine hands-on techniques, such as manual therapy and myofascial release, with personalized movement and exercise to help you move better.

Born and raised in Sunnyvale, I’m proud to serve my Bay Area community. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition Science from Whittier College in 2017, and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary's University in Los Angeles in 2020. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me outdoors—running, hiking, gardening, camping, or doing pottery.

We are a proud sponsor of Africa Pads
Whole Body Wellness and Physical Therapy is proud to sponsor Africa Bags, a nonprofit organization committed to breaking the cycle of poverty in rural Malawi, Africa. Through sustainable fashion and eco-friendly products, Africa Bags empowers individuals and strengthens communities.

One of their key initiatives, Africa Pads, is a self-sustaining enterprise that trains Malawian women to create reusable menstrual pads using local fabrics and resources. These women not only learn valuable skills but also gain economic independence by managing the business and selling the products within their communities.

In addition, the Africa Pads Grant supports broader efforts to uplift girls and young women by building private restrooms in schools, establishing herbal gardens for natural pain relief, and providing health education. These initiatives ensure girls are better supported, healthier, and more confident.
