A 30 minute talk on the changes that happen to women during menopause.  A few takeaways from these talk: 
  • Focus on a plant based diet (more plants!)

There is no one good posture! Movement is key.  Even more so...DIVERSE movement is important! I absolutely love her concepts of non-conventional movement breaks especially for people who work sedentary jobs.
