Stanford Talk: A Frank Talk about Women's Health
A 30 minute talk on the changes that happen to women during menopause.  A few takeaways from these talk: 
  • Focus on a plant based diet (more plants!)
    Exercise consistently (mix of 150 minutes of aerobic exercise and 2 days of strength training)

There is no one good posture! Movement is key.  Even more so...DIVERSE movement is important! I absolutely love her concepts of non-conventional movement breaks especially for people who work sedentary jobs.
