Train like an Athlete

Recently, I've been inspired to treat all my patients like athletes.

To me, that means helping you heal, recover, and move with resilience. To train your body to minimize injuries. Improving your mobility and strengthening your body in all directions, angles, and planes of motion so that you can move freely without worry!

Another example is building resiliency in your gut health. This means creating an environment for your gut to function optimally, even when eating "trigger" foods.

So, if you're just working towards eliminating pain or symptoms, think further than that. Have a long-term mindset. Work towards optimize your overall wellness so you can live well. Rather than just eliminating pain.
