2 Tips for Improved Sleep

In this blog post, I wanted to talk about 2 easy ways to improve your sleep quality, increase natural melatonin, and optimize your circadian rhythm.


ONE: Get 10 minutes of natural light outside, without sunglasses within 1 hour of waking. This natural lighting on your retinas of your eyes help reset your circadian rhythm.


TWO: Go on a 30 minute walk within 1 hour of sunset. This also helps produce melatonin, the hormone that promotes sleep.
