In-Home Wellness Coaching for Adults 70+

Stay active, independent, and confident with personalized one-on-one wellness sessions designed for older adults.

 

I provide accompanied neighborhood walks, gait training, strength exercises, balance training, and mobility work to help improve stability, reduce fall risk, and make everyday activities easier. 

 

I work with you on whatever your goals are!  Whether your goal is to walk farther, move with greater confidence, or maintain your independence, each session is tailored to your individual abilities and comfort level. Together, we'll build strength, improve balance, and keep you moving safely — one step at a time.

Pricing: $320/hour 

As an 81-year-old, I’ve had the privilege of working with Dr .Katrina Wong for the past three years, thanks to a recommendation from my UCSF primary care physician.  What began as gait therapy has evolved into a comprehensive program focused on flexibility, strength, and maintaining an independent, active lifestyle.  Katrina has skillfully customized her advanced doctorate-level expertise to support my continuous improvement — for which I’m deeply grateful.
