Whole Body Wellness is an out-of-network provider offering high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy.  Payment is due at each visit. If you have PPO insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network coverage.
